Every job ends with a final walkthrough. On a Premium job, the house is professionally cleaned first, and at the walkthrough you receive a printed before-and-after portfolio of the work and the warranty folder.

Can we add Premium to any job?

Ask at the walkthrough. We include it in your written quote if you want it, so the total still holds.

What is in the warranty folder?

Our workmanship warranty runs for three years and transfers to the next owner if you sell. It covers peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from improper preparation or application, and we will return to fix it at no cost to you.
