Questions realtors ask
What do agents get from working with you?
Two things: priority scheduling for listings inside 14 days, and a printed before-and-after sheet for the listing file. We do not pay agents, and nothing of value goes to an agent for an introduction.
Where do the value case figures come from?
Only from published research, each shown with its source: the National Association of Realtors 2025 Remodeling Impact Report and Zillow's 2026 paint color survey. They are estimates from research, not a promise about any one home.
Can you paint an occupied listing?
Yes. Tell us whether the home is occupied or vacant and we sequence the rooms around the sellers and the showing schedule.
How does the buyer side work?
Tell us it is a buyer repaint when you request the walkthrough. We plan the repaint between closing and move-in and coordinate it through you.
Who do we talk to during the job?
One point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final inspection. The person who quotes your job is the person who inspects it.
Give us the listing date. We schedule back from it.
Send the scope and photos. You get a written quote, a cited value case and a schedule built around the shoot.
