What we collect
When you send a form on this site (contact, a walkthrough request, a project request, the quiz or review feedback), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, town, the details of your project and any photos you attach.
The 60-second quiz asks about your project, never your street address. If you send your details at the end of it, we use them as this page describes.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data for each visit, such as the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, schedule a walkthrough, prepare your written quote and keep you updated during your job.
We send text messages only when you check the consent box on a form. Texts are about your request and your job, and message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any text for help, or STOP to opt out at any time.
We never share or sell your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Private feedback sent through the review survey goes only to us. It is never published and never counted in any rating.
Your choices
